Mr. Saideep Rathnam is the Chief Operating Officer of the Mizuho India Japan Study Centre (MIJSC) at IIM Bangalore. He has over 47 years of rich leadership experience across industry and academia, having served 20+ years with Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (including as Resident Manager in London, UK) and 18+ years with Anand Automotive Ltd. as President (Manufacturing Excellence).
